Privacy policy
GTM Vibes runs gtmvibes.com. You can browse the board without an account. Analytics runs only if you allow it. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Effective
Analytics
When you first visit, the site asks whether to allow analytics. Until you selectAllow analytics, the site doesn't load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics, and it sets no analytics cookies.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics records:
- Pages you view, the page that sent you here, and how long you stay.
- Scrolling, link clicks, file downloads, site searches, and form interactions.
- Job interest: job page views, apply clicks, clicks from guides to jobs, and clicks onPost a role.
- Browser, device, language, and approximate location.
Google estimates approximate location from your IP address. Google Analytics doesn't store IP addresses. Our analytics events don't include your name, email address, or anything you type into a form.
Google signals, advertising features, and ad personalization are off. We use the reports to learn which jobs and guides are useful.

Services that process data
- Cloudflare hosts the site. It handles the technical data every web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site.It also stores the listings you post and forwards email sent to [email protected].
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address. Google Fonts sets no cookies. Read theGoogle Fonts privacy FAQ.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure visits, but only after you allow analytics.
- Google BigQuery holds a daily copy of the same analytics events in our own Google Cloud project. We use it for analysis.
These providers can process data in the United States and in other countries.
Listings and email you send us
When you post a role with the form, we store the listing and your email address in a Cloudflare database and email a copy to the inbox we read. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards email you send to [email protected], such as corrections, to the same inbox.
We use a listing and your email address only to review the listing, publish it, and reply to you. Posting a role doesn't add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep data
- Google Analytics keeps event data for 14 months.
- We keep the BigQuery copy for no more than 14 months.
- We delete a listing submitted with the form 90 days after we receive it.
- We keep email for as long as the listing or correction needs it. We delete email when you ask.
Your choices and rights
- To change your analytics choice at any time, select. The same link appears at the bottom of every page.
- To stop Google Analytics on every site, install theGoogle Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email[email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
We don't have accounts, so analytics records aren't tied to your name. To stop future collection, reject analytics or clear this site's cookies.
If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you can also object to or restrict processing, ask for a copy of your data, and complain to your data protection authority. We run analytics on the basis of your consent. Hosting, fonts, and email replies rely on our legitimate interest in running the site and answering you.
The site doesn't respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals. Analytics stays off unless you allow it.
Children
GTM Vibes is a job board for working professionals. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
